I hold a Master's in Social Work from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College. My therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are in their journey by offering empathy, compassion, a person-centered approach, confidentiality, authenticity, and positive regard. I support my clients in working toward their goals by harnessing their strengths and abilities, guiding them toward becoming the best possible version of themselves-the ultimate goal of therapy.
