I have been a practicing clinical social worker since August 2010. My experience includes working in chemical dependency facilities, hospitals, and the community. I specialize in acute and chronic mental health conditions, conducting assessments and providing support. I work with individuals, adolescents, families, and couples on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic mental illness, and relationship problems. My main focus is helping you find and honor your authentic self. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for exploration. I primarily use a blend of: mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and Polyvagal Theory. I will complete EMDR training in July of 2024.
