I provide online therapy to adults throughout Virginia and Florida. I specialize in helping adults who are experiencing difficulty with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain or chronic illness. Using a combination of approaches tailored to the individual, my goal is to help clients improve their ability to enjoy life. I want to reduce pain and suffering for my clients because anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and physical challenges can be addressed and don’t have to get in the way of living a life filled with more enjoyment and satisfaction. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. Let’s work together to find that sense of safety, peace, and balance in your life.
