Getting to know Dawna Snider

As a trauma-trained therapist with a Master's in Counseling from the University of Ottawa, I focus on safety using a holistic approach to healing. Specifically, I look at the mind-body connection as it relates to trauma, helping clients calm the fight-or-flight response they may be stuck in. I utilize EMDR, CBT, and DBT methods. In addition, I provide Christian counseling upon request.
