Depression and anxiety are often the tethers that hold us back from being the incredible person we are capable of. I have worked hard to develop expertise in several treatment modalities that can help individuals overcome past traumas, obsessions and compulsions, deep depression and life limiting anxiety. I have also worked with teens, families and couples for many years and believe that the secret to happiness lies in our connections to our loved ones and our community. I truly love what I do and have a passion for helping clients develop better relationships, reduce unwanted behaviors and addictions, and reduce negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding them hostage.
