What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, interpersonal relationship issues and more. I utilize mindfulness techniques such as meditation and solution focused problem solving as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help guide you through life's many challenges and develop healthy coping skills. Everyone's healing journey is unique and it is normal to feel anxious to unpack past trauma and talk about what is weighing you down. I have experience successfully working with with people of many different backgrounds and walks of life. I would be honored to work with you and help you achieve your goals of living a well-balanced life!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore what’s most important to you—whether that’s understanding your current challenges, building on the progress you’ve already made, or navigating recent life events. Early in our work, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan with clear, meaningful goals. I’ll check in with you regularly so we can celebrate successes, adjust strategies, and keep you moving toward the changes you want to see. Depending on your needs, we might focus on building communication skills, setting healthy boundaries, managing intrusive or anxious thoughts, practicing mindfulness, or gently processing past experiences that still impact your life. I take a client-led approach, meaning you guide the topics we explore each session—because this is your space, your time, and your journey.
