I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Washington. I received my master's degree and bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Washington University. My professional background involves working as a social services specialist at DSHS with adults receiving cash benefits, for people with physical disabilities, chronic mental health conditions, and/or substance use disorders, as well as parents in the Work First program. I also worked at Western Washington University as part of the Safe Zone, and have pledged to be particularly sensitive to diversity, including LGBT and women's issues. I have experience with ADHD, chronic illness, learning disorders, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, and aging. My private practice is only via Telehealth. We will spend our initial appointment together to learn about you and your goals.
