My approach to therapy is collaborative and empowering, ensuring that you are an active participant in your healing journey. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with clients facing a variety of mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. I am also passionate about providing support to the LGBTQIA+ community and addressing multicultural and diversity issues. In our sessions, I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. These include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will identify the issues at hand, develop meaningful goals, and actively work towards achieving the life changes you seek. Life brings about many changes and challenges for all ages and groups of people. Whether you are dealing with anger management, ADHD, dissociative disorders, family relationship issues, grief, OCD, psychosis, stress, suicidal ideation, or any other concern, I am here to assist you in better understanding these challenges and finding effective ways to navigate them. Outside of my professional life, I am deeply committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in mental health care.
