Getting to know Debra Konecni

Hello, I'm Deb. Like the lotus flower, which blooms beautifully out of the depths of mud, I believe that every individual has the potential to blossom from a life of trauma, abuse, or even the frustrating moments that leave us feeling stuck. Through the transforming and renewing of our minds, we can break free from repeating history or becoming what others have tried to shape us into. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients get to the root issues that may be crippling or holding them back. By creating a Trauma timeline, we can acknowledge and process the hurts and traumas you've experienced. It's crucial to become aware of our hurts and triggers, as this awareness is the first step towards healing. Acknowledging the pain that has contributed to our struggles and putting truth to our experiences is vital. Learning to gain control and confidence over these hurts is a key part of the journey. My goal is to empathize with you as we address past hurts and trauma, guiding you towards reaching your full potential in life. Having risen out of the mud of my own lifelong trauma, I am equipped to offer you hope and grace. I welcome you into a safe haven where you can process your hurts and struggles, helping you strive, thrive, and become an overcomer. I am also here to assist with general support of any sort. “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” - Romans 12:2. Let's walk this path to wholeness together.
