He also held the role of Director of Communications for the United States Congressional Black Caucus. Dr. Stewart's educational journey includes a bachelor's degree in communications, as well as master's degrees in counseling and educational leadership from Southern University and A&M College. He obtained a Specialist in School Psychology degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, followed by an educational specialist degree in special education and a Doctor of Education in Educational Psychology with a focus on child development from Jackson State University.
