You won’t be alone in this journey; we’ll make progress together. My experience is diverse. I’ve worked with adolescents and adults in inpatient, residential, school-based, and outpatient settings. I specialize in working with adolescents but also support individuals of all ages facing challenges like PTSD, family dynamics, life transitions, behavioral issues, body positivity, trauma, self-esteem, and racial identity. I know therapy can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to. My approach is warm, conversational, and judgment-free like talking to a trusted friend, but with the expertise to help you navigate life’s challenges.
