UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. What are we doing? This is the question my sessions are designed to answer. You're not in therapy to wander aimlessly and waste time. You're in therapy because you want something to change. You want to think something different, feel something different, DO something different. I’m here to help you figure out what that something is and how to make it happen. We'll talk, we'll listen, we'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll challenge, we'll question, we'll explore, and ultimately we figure it out. I'm client-centered, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. I lead with love, compassion, and safety. I am open and affirming, culturally sensitive, respectful of differences, and always learning. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston, which guides my commitment to evidence-based, empathetic care. Come grow!
