My personal experience with therapists is minimal to none. Diana has far exceeded my expectations as a therapist and has made every session we have had together an insightful and reflective experience. Diana provides a sense of warmth and comfort that is hard to come by with a therapist but is also very concise and direct with her thought process and problem-solving skills. Diana has helped me immensely with my anxiety has shown me how to see things from a different perspective and has given me the tools to approach any situation I face with an open mind and clear intent to listen, resolve, and desescalate. And has also given me the tools and understanding of how to set healthy boundaries within my circle and with those outside of my circle. Diana being a Latina has also provided a sense of understanding and relatibility that makes this whole therapy journey a much more pleasant experience without the self-consciousness of the stigma that lingers around mental health and therapy, especially in the LatinX community.
