Hello, I'm Diane Cerven. I became a licensed therapist in Minnesota because I saw the pain around me and wanted to help. I earned my Bachelor's degree from The University of Arizona and pursued a Master's in Counseling from Denver Seminary. What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to go. I use faith based counseling and integrate evidence based practices that align with the Bible. My goal is to be friendly, professional, and real.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and specialize in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I also utilize person-centered therapy, ACT, DBT techniques, and coping/relaxation skills.
