I am licensed in the District of Columbia, Georgia, Virginia, and Washington, with 7 years of professional experience. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. Diera has a straightforward and to-the-point approach to therapy. She incorporates evidence-based therapeutic techniques in her sessions and utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach when working with clients.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
