The first step to create space for yourself is the hardest. I am passionate about making these steps manageable and attainable, empowering you to find your happiest and healthiest self. I'm committed to helping you learn how to build better boundaries with others. My work focuses on decreasing anxiety, learning about yourself, and bringing balance into your life. I believe that every person deserves to be happy and at peace and has the capacity to build that life. Santulan (sun-too-lahn) is a Hindi word meaning balance. This defines my approach to healing and creating healthy and safe spaces for yourself. I'm eager to help you live your best life. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey to wellness.

Working with Dipti has been an incredibly rewarding journey. She is extremely knowledgeable, very down-to-earth and always brings extensive experience, compassion, and a variety of tools to help with the process. She also has evening scheduling which affords me access to therapy as often as is needed for me. Finding a therapist that fits can be such a challenge, but talking to Dipti is so easy and is hugely beneficial to the work I’m doing towards my growth. Definitely recommend! <3
