Kyle Moreno, M.Ed., MA, LPCC, owns Sparking Hope Therapy LLC. I help stressed, anxious adults dealing with family problems or trauma to be aware of cues before anger starts building up. Have you ever felt your anger spiral out of control, leading to something hurtful that you later regretted saying or doing? Do you want to become more aware of why you are triggered and become more flexible in situations to manage your anger more effectively? Together, we will develop a plan to help you stay calm, think clearly, and respond more effectively to challenging situations. We will master your emotions and enhance your relationships by learning practical strategies to manage frustration, stress, and outbursts. Also, how to communicate effectively. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked extensively with individuals facing ADD, ADHD, and the LGBTQIA+ and the Autism community, as well as a diverse array of clients. In the last year, I’ve deepened my expertise in helping those struggling with anger management, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, communication challenges, cross-cultural conflicts, men’s and women’s issues, and stress. I have also completed a course offered by Yale University that equips me to better support LGBTQIA+ individuals and people of color using effective cognitive-behavioral techniques.
