You may have built a successful career, devoted yourself to your family, or spent years meeting expectations, yet still find yourself wondering, Is this the life I want to be living? My AREAS OF FOCUS: - Life Transitions & Identity: Supporting individuals navigating career changes, parenthood, relationship shifts, immigration, or other turning points that invite a deeper understanding of who they are becoming. - Professional Burnout & Emotional Well-Being: Helping professionals manage stress, perfectionism, and the pressure to keep performing while creating a life that feels sustainable and meaningful. - Multicultural & Immigrant Experiences: Providing a space to explore identity, belonging, and the often unspoken experience of building a life between cultures. - Meaning, Purpose & Personal Growth: Working with individuals who feel called to understand themselves more deeply, live with greater authenticity, and create lives that feel aligned with their values. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I earned a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and spent over twenty years building a life across cultures while owning and operating a local business in New York. These experiences continue to shape the way I understand resilience, identity, and the complexity of navigating life's many transitions. My clinical experience includes providing individual counseling at a college counseling center and facilitating intensive outpatient groups focused on emotional regulation and early recovery. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY New Paltz.

My approach integrates psychodynamic, existential, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspectives to help you slow down, understand the deeper patterns shaping your life, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Together, we explore not only the challenges bringing you to therapy, but also your strengths, values, and capacity for growth. I believe healing is not only about reducing suffering, it is about becoming more fully yourself.
