I specialize in working with clients experiencing PTSD, complex PTSD, recovery from childhood abuse, dissociative disorders, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, hopelessness, helplessness, self-harm, grief and loss, family of origin issues, attachment, and relationship difficulties. My approach is rooted in the belief that our relationships shape how we view ourselves, interact with others, and function in the world. I am committed to providing a safe place for connection, reflection, and growth through psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational therapeutic approaches. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences and work towards healing.
