I have worked in community mental health clinics, collaborated with schools, and served as a crisis clinician. I have extensive experience with utilizing evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and DBT.

I listen deeply and without assumptions or judgment, seeking to fully understand your concerns, feelings and life experiences. My first goal is for you to feel accurately seen and heard, so that you feel safe, understood and valued. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. My approach is collaborative so that we can work together to reach the goals that are most important to you.
