Getting to know Dori Jones

Dori is the owner and psychotherapist of Alchemy of the Mind, LLC. Relationships within our lives can be challenging. There are times where transitions and change can make life difficult. There are times where we need some help along our journey. I am here to facilitate a safe space in which we work together to meet goals that you want to achieve. You have the answers – I am here to help you find a quiet space to uncover those answers. I would like to invite you to be curious about the opportunities that life holds to facilitate the person and life you want to live. I love working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and diversities. I am interested in listening to the unique experiences of a person’s story, of your story. Where you have been, and where you are presently plays an important role in where you are going. I have worked with the body for over twenty years, including two years of postgraduate study in Chinese medicine, Reiki Master achievement, and a Bachelor’s in Comparative Mysticism. The more we understand how our body communicates to us, the more we can listen to and understand ourselves. I have my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I am committed to creating an authentic, honest, and open therapeutic relationship with you. I look forward to sitting with you and getting to know you!
