With over 20 years of experience, my focus areas include anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, parenting, adjustment issues, attachment, and coping skills. I use client-centered, collaborative therapy techniques such as Psychodynamic, Existential, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy with the belief that we naturally strive toward health and balance.
