For 11 years I’ve worked with individuals and couples helping them through anxiety; depression; trauma and generally feeling stuck. I believe therapy should focus on bringing awareness to what impedes growth; while finding practical strategies in the present. I want the clients I work with to know they are respected and understood. Trust; non-judgment and feeling comfortable to share are the most important aspects of a therapeutic relationship; while the methods of treatment can adapt to each client's needs. I particularly welcome people coping with grief and loss.
