“Life changing that's the biggest thing that comes to mind when I think of Dustin Sarrge. Approachable, kind, impeccable listening and recall skills, helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. I can't even begin to list the things in my life that I approached him with, that he's helped me to figure out, work through, come to terms with and deal with - that were going on in my life. I feel like I hit the counseling / therapist lottery by picking him. He's one of the most insightful and kindhearted people I've ever encountered. He has an amazing wheelhouse of knowledge when it comes to dealing with the, human psyche as well as the daily struggles that all of us go through. He is well trained and well versed in many things. Yet never afraid to admit that he's encountered something that he might need to research more about before he can help me with a certain topic or situation. I still don't feel like I have the appropriate words to describe him But he is nothing short of amazing.”

I provide a safe space, free from judgment, as you explore those things in your life that are too confusing, embarrassing, or just too heavy to carry alone. You can expect to be heard, as YOU are the sole focus in this unique relationship. I will offer problem-solving, understanding, insight, encouragement, and I may also challenge you as you explore and work toward your personal goals. I can hardly wait to come alongside you for a time as you walk through this journey of life! I work primarily from a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT), where we seek to identify, challenge, and replace automatic and problematic thought patterns. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
