What should a new client know about working with you?

Patients can expect to be met with unconditional positive regard and warmth. I take a laid back, conversational approach to therapy that allows for self exploration and collaboration. I specialize in trauma therapy and use a holistic approach to healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process includes and initial appointment that is used to get to know one another. This session is structured to discuss presenting concerns and past history. When we have decided we are a good fit, follow up sessions are used to create treatment goals and begin exploring and healing through different treatment modalities.
