Over the past 20 years, it has been a privilege to help people and to be a part of their lives for a short time, assisting them through struggles such as life changes, grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, and relationship issues. As I have worked with people facing these challenges and many others, I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I believe the therapeutic rapport is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic relationship. Therefore, in every session, I will endeavor to create an atmosphere where you feel heard, safe, and respected so you feel comfortable being open about what is troubling you. Each session will be tailored to you, your needs, and goals, and the treatment plan we establish. Reaching out for help and talking to a therapist is never easy and requires a lot of courage.
