If you have tried other traditional therapies and find them lacking, you may find my Transpersonal, Jungian, and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral approach to be of benefit. The transpersonal is defined as "experiences in which the sense of identity, or self, extends beyond the individual or personal to encompass greater meaning. This can include exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness. My approach I adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and meditation. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence. My focus Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, dealing with relationship issues, or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to create a growth plan that feels empowering and achievable. My communication style I practice open communication, active listening, and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic approach. My first session with you Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through each step of the process.
