I would love to help you create the changes you are seeking and, in turn, find your authentic self. I am client-centered, and my approach is individualized to meet your personal needs and goals. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and together we can find and work on the issues that you feel are holding you back from living the life you want. I have been a clinical therapist for over 15 years, with a very empathic style, and I have treated people with various issues at different stages of their lives. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. Please feel free to schedule a session if you would like to start the journey of positivity and change together.
