“From a young age, I felt drawn to understanding people on a deeper level. Even as a child, I noticed that I could connect with others regardless of their background or experiences. That natural curiosity wondering why people feel the way they do and what shapes their lives is what ultimately led me to social work. I’ve always believed that we can only understand a person by understanding their whole world, and this perspective continues to guide my work today.
In the therapy room, I bring a balance of directness and warmth. I’m honest and straightforward when it helps someone grow, but always with compassion and softness. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen and understood, while also feeling gently encouraged to step into their own strength.
What matters most to me is helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their values, and recognize the resilience they already carry. I view therapy as a collaborative journey one where we explore all the factors that influence well-being and build practical, meaningful tools for lasting change.”
