The greatest gift that I can give my clients is the belief that they make sense. Despite what may be going on, despite your self-despair, despite your chaos, I believe in you. I want you to feel understood, so that you can understand and accept yourself in the most profound way possible. With a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Daemen University, I am equipped to help you resolve your struggles so that you can shine.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I start with a premise that people have a remarkable capacity to change. If we feel we are understandable and can accept ourselves, then change therapy can be remarkably effective. I help clients understand their struggles, to best plan for the hard times and to accept themselves unconditionally

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I focus on gaining insight into the core issue, the "story" behind the "stories" if you will. The greatest gift that I can give my clients is the belief that they make sense. Despite what may be going on, I believe you make sense. I want you to feel understood, so that you can understand, and accept yourself in the most profound way possible
