“Eliot is great! I've been working with him for close to 10 years now and I can easily say his services have been completely invaluable. There's a huge difference at this point between the people in my life who've done/are doing the work on themselves and those who haven't. Along with, those who haven't, won't be able to catch up. Start working with Eliot now. Seriously.”

“For the last 18 months, Eliot has been a catalyst in my work of transforming my relationship with myself, my health, and my work. I've shifted the way I think about my type 1 diabetes, from trying and failing to "control" such a complex system, to "managing" my diabetes and my behavior. This has allowed me the space to get curious about what I do, when, and why, and to find what it is that pulls me off course or motivates me to do the work (because sometimes it is work). Eliot is an expert in the interaction of diabetes with brain function, emotions, and behavior. He's helped me understand and work with my ADHD and to improve my habits and coping tools in many areas of life. The work isn't easy. But the benefits I've experienced - to my health, my relationships, and my career - are worth it.”

His attention to detail is top-notch. He's able to relate to his patients which helps. both parties with perspective. Highly recommend.
Before I started talking to Eliot, the stress of diabetes was taking over my life everywhere, and I had become completely fed up with the medical system and my body and everything really. I wanted to talk to a therapist who understood diabetes to help me figure out how to be ok when my blood sugar was as high as it was pretty consistently. Eliot did help with that, but Eliot also actually helped me through the medical problems, and got me talking to the correct people and on the correct medication such that my blood sugar stopped being constantly too high. Eliot has helped me understand everything that goes on with my blood sugar ever since, as well as all the logistics that go along with dealing with diabetes. All of my friends and family have commented on what an excellent quality of life upgrade I've had since working with him. Eliot is also a great listener generally, and over time figured out how to work with me specifically, and is very non-judgemental. Eliot does keep talking to you if you need it, however, which means Eliot is sometimes late to the next appointment. Eliot is super kind if you are somewhat late yourself, which is more important to me, personally, and I appreciate that I know when I really need to keep talking he'll be willing to keep listening.
I would highly recommend Dr Lebow. He was great for my family. His patience, thoughtfulness and ability to help us understand the complexities of diabetes and how it effects all aspects of life was priceless. His wealth of knowledge about diabetes was more than all of our medical team put together. He counseled us on many family issues and I will be eternally greatful.
I found a special comfort with Dr. LeBow who I found to be very caring, conserned for my welbeing & a calming influence. He made me feel safe enough to talk about difficult issues in my life.
I enjoy coming! Doctor is able to focus on problamatic issues & he makes me feel comfortable & safe. I have been to other therapists but he is the only one I found that is not afraid to share or give direction. Where others just sit and nod! He creates healthy dialogue & I feel supported in my decisions.
