I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals learn healthy ways to cope; communicate; set boundaries; and process trauma. I have experience working with individuals with complex trauma; substance use; and a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe; supportive; judgment-free environment where individuals can explore their emotions and build confidence to make steps toward their goals. I became a therapist because I know that life does not come with an instruction book; and sometimes we all need a little extra support along the way.
