I have been a practicing psychologist for over 20 years and have aided hundreds of clients with a myriad of difficulties. I provide a safe, nurturing space and a nonjudgmental stance to make you feel comfortable, allowing for you to share freely. I am dedicated to my clients and their individual growth so they can live as joyfully and peacefully as possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with a myriad of difficulties over the 20+ years of practice. I provide a safe, nurturing environment to promote ease and trust. My style is interactive and I approach therapy as a collaborative experience. You will gain great insight into why you are struggling and will learn ways to recover and sustain change. From depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life stressors, narcissistic abuse, CPTSD, and more, I have assisted hundreds of clients using a medley of CBT, DBT, IFS, and other modalities. You are way more than your current difficulties and deserve to live with peace and joy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically, we initially will discuss what you are seeking help for and thereafter will work together to improve your life and well being. We will explore what has been holding your life back and work together to better your life and help you live the life you were meant to live. Depending on what is presented during sessions, different modalities and tools will be implemented. I have an eclectic approach and go at the very pace you are comfortable with.
