Getting to know Eliza Hersh
If you're carrying the weight of past trauma, you may feel like it's impossible to move forward. The complex feelings that come with those experiences can be overwhelming, but I'm here to offer you a supportive and non-judgmental space to find a path toward healing.
My background as a social worker has given me unique insight into complex needs, having worked in a variety of settings from schools to foster homes. I also have a deep, personal understanding of resilience. I navigated my own challenges as a single parent, which ignited my passion for helping others discover their own strength.
My goal is to help you lead a happier, more fulfilling life. In our work together, we will process your experiences and develop practical tools to help you navigate your present.
Outside of my practice, you can find me mountain biking, which reminds me of the importance of taking on challenges one step at a time. I also manage and coach a mountain biking education program, which reinforces my belief in empowering others to grow.
