Getting to know Elizabeth Behm

As your therapist, it is my goal to see you become a better version of yourself. It is my belief that life's experiences teach things about the world that may no longer be the most helpful or true today; even if they were true at the time in our past. When we don't adapt and remain flexible, we find ourselves in a web of mistaken beliefs, thinking errors and unresolved life problems. As a result, it becomes too hard to find our way and manage life's challenges in the here-and-now. I love to be present when my clients find a new way and authentically experience change. I've worked with clients from many walks of life and with varied needs. My areas of expertise are in Behavior Modification, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. I use a Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic approach to help my clients bring out the best in themselves.
