“Elizabeth has this great way of making things make sense. She listens closely and reflects things back in a way that helps you see them clearly, sometimes for the first time. She’s helped me work through relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and anxiety, and I always feel supported and stronger after each session. It feels like having someone in your corner who truly wants to see you grow.”

“I honestly didn't know what to expect from therapy, but Elizabeth has made it such a positive experience. She's warm, real, and really sharp-she picks up on things I didn't even notice about myself. Every session feels like progress, even on days I show up feeling all over the place. She's helped me work through anxiety, relationship stuff, and old patterns that were holding me back. Can't recommend her enough.”

Elizabeth makes therapy feel like a real conversation-not some overly clinical thing, but a space where you can really be yourself. She's super easy to talk to, and I never feel judged, even when I'm opening up about tough stuff. She has a way of helping me see things from a new angle without telling me what to think. Since starting therapy with her, I've felt more grounded and more in control of my life. She's a great mix of supportive and insightful.
Great listener and very easy to talk to. Elizabeth creates a safe, non-judgmental space that made it easier for me to open up and make progress.
I have been to therapy before, but never felt a connection like I did with Elizabeth. She was very patient and understanding to my issues. She already set a roadmap that is practical to follow. I look forward to working with Elizabeth and am very optimistic about improving.
Elizabeth is an amazing therapist whose approachability immediately sets her apart. Her remarkable ability to view situations from multiple perspectives allows her to provide nuanced, deeply insightful guidance. Whether you're facing complex personal challenges or seeking support, she creates a welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Her keen understanding and compassionate approach make her not just a therapist, but a true ally in your personal growth and healing journey. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a supportive, understanding, and professionally skilled therapist.
Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and patient. Not only did she help me understand my issues, she gave me tools and exercises to work through them. Overall incredibly positive experience that I would recommend to a friend.

I am so lucky that I found Elizabeth. She has helped me a lot and she’s the first therapist that I’ve actually enjoyed opening up to. She’s realistic and holds me accountable and has changed my life!!

Elizabeth is the perfect mixture of knowledgeable and empathetic, providing a true custom care approach to each situation and not resting until every problem is addressed!
I've been seeing Elizabeth for over a year now and it's safe to say that she's now an integral part of my everyday existence, i.e. I think of what Elizabeth might say to me, of what question she might ask me to help tackle a problem and let go of unhelpful thoughts. She is warm, loving, and caring - and she has helped me tremendously on so very many levels! I am beyond grateful for her being genuinely invested in my wellbeing as her patient.
I have been seeing Elizabeth for going on 3 years and she has changed my life, as cliche as that sounds. She helped me navigate a relationship that wasn’t serving me, how to begin dating again, my self confidence issues, and better approach conflict within my family. I feel like she really understands me and validates my feelings while also holding me accountable. Our sessions are the highlight of my week and I don’t know what I would do without her help!
Elizabeth is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, CARES. After a period of extreme anxiety, I have been able to make wonderful progress.
Elizabeth is a wonderful therapist that has helped me so much. She is patient, kind and really listens I'd highly recommend her
