I am an engaged and inquisitive therapist who strives to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel seen and heard. Together, we can explore self-identity, relational patterns, and the ways life transitions may be impacting you. I offer support for a wide range of relational concerns, including premarital counseling, communication challenges, assertiveness training, navigating cultural dynamics, financial stressors, and more. This can range from having trouble expressing your emotions to your partner to wanting healthier communication with your boss.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect me to be genuinely curious about you. This includes your relationships and what you hope to gain from therapy. I want to understand how you see yourself and your experiences. I offer direct, supportive feedback and aim for you to leave sessions with new tools and perspectives that help you understand your inner world.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. I tailor my sessions based on the client, and what their needs are. If you are interested and/or have any questions, I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we could be a good fit to address your therapeutic goals.
