UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. In my practice, I work with you to understand what is happening in your life, what your goals are, and how you would like to reach them. I believe it is important in the therapy process to fully involve you, listen to your concerns, and focus on what matters most to you. Together, we set realistic and achievable goals. This may mean gaining a deeper understanding of your experiences and how you arrived at this point, or it might involve developing a plan to make positive changes in your life. Whatever we work on, you can be assured that you will be a full participant in your journey. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Goddard College and a Bachelor's degree from Norwich University, which have equipped me with the skills to support you effectively.
