UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I focus on creating a non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back from reaching your goals. Therapy is a time and space for you to use in ways that feel effective-whether that means taking time to talk and process experiences or focusing on building skills and creating plans to address specific symptoms. I will take the time to listen to your needs, and together we will create a plan to move you forward. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Boston College, as well as Master's degrees in Clinical Social Work and Pastoral Ministry from Boston College, which inform my compassionate and holistic approach to care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I focus on creating a non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable exploring patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back from reaching your goals. Therapy is a time and space for you to make use of in ways that feel effective to you - whether that is taking time to talk and process experiences, or whether that looks more like focusing in on building skills and creating plans to treat specific symptoms. I will take the time to listen to your needs, and we will work together to create a plan to move you forward!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work together to review and understand what led you to therapy, and to create a plan for moving you toward your goals.
