Elizabeth supported me through one of the lowest points in my life. I was burnt out, overwhelmed by my career and struggling in my relationship. Her guidance helped me gain clarity and regain a sense of hope. I'm in a much better place now thanks to her. I am truly grateful!
I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone who is dealing with anxiety, depression or difficult relationships. I was going through a rough time in my marriage when I first reached out and thanks to our work together I am in a much better place in my marriage.
Elizabeth has been so helpful to me while I work through some things- particularly in coping with my anxious thoughts. Seriously couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Dr. Orent is amazing! She is super supportive, patient and extremely professional. She answered every question and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She's very attentive, warm and welcoming and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking help. 10/10
Working with Elizabeth has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From our very first session, I felt seen, heard, and supported in a way I never had before. She has an incredible ability to create a safe, welcoming space where I can be completely honest—no judgment, just understanding and guidance. Elizabeth has helped me work through challenges I didn’t even realize were holding me back. Her insight, compassion, and gentle encouragement have given me the tools to not only cope, but grow. Whether it's helping me set healthy boundaries, process past trauma, or just navigate everyday stress, she’s been there every step of the way. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her. I’m a stronger, more self-aware person because of our work together, and I’m endlessly grateful for her presence in my life. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and has the skills to help you create real change, Elizabeth is that person.
