Getting to know Elizabeth Spresser

I work with individual clients and do not currently provide couples or family therapy. I am a licensed therapist with 25+ years of experience working with various clients. My therapeutic style includes a non- judgment, validation, and supportive confrontation to promote change and growth. It is my goal to provide a safe, compassionate, collaborative space to best meet the unique needs of each client. My experience includes working with individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, stress management, mood disorders, self-esteem, grief and loss, adjustment, women’s issues, relationship and co-dependency issues, as well as children of parents or partners with borderline or narcissistic personality disorder. I approach every patient with empathy and compassion. I am here to support you through your journey. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning your unique needs and goals are at the forefront of our sessions.
