I will customize and tailor to your style in an empathetic way while providing guidance to navigate life. I take a psychodynamic approach where I work with you to delve into your emotional processes and create a positive impact on your well-being. I have extensive experience working with clients from all walks of life on various issues promoting healing and growth in a nonjudgmental space. I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers College, and have an MA and EdM in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. I also earned an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School. Additionally, I am an MBTI-certified practitioner.
