I view therapy as a tool to help manage and overcome life's challenges. Every day is an opportunity to make change. But as we all know, life has a way of getting the best of us. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide an affirming and safe place for change to occur. By the end of every session, I want you to walk away feeling heard, supported, and able to engage authentically with your environment. I have worked with a range of client populations, with a focus on the LGBTQ+ community, women, and BIPOC. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Western Michigan University, which has equipped me to support diverse individuals effectively. I look forward to supporting you on your journey of self-discovery!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with a range of client populations, with a focus on the LGBTQ+ community, women and BIPOC. My experience includes working with young adults, covering a wide range of symptoms, including stress, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma and substance use. My approach is centered in self-efficacy and empowerment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free phone consultation so we can make sure we are a good fit. From there, we will formulate a plan together to meet your goals and adjust as needed.
