I am a bilingual licensed therapist providing psychotherapy in New York, with a Master's in Social Work from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo. I have over a decade of experience serving children, families, and diverse communities, including LGBTQI individuals. I work with a wide variety of clients facing different diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders, helping them identify roadblocks and obstacles to optimal mental health. I use a cognitive approach, motivational interviewing techniques, and strengths-based methods to encourage self-awareness, build self-confidence, and achieve other therapeutic goals. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
