What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being? I love to run. What started off as a “frienemies” relationship has grown into an integral part of my well-being. I enjoy being challenged and getting my extra energy out. I run outside around trails and parks, which are beautifully-inhabited by a plethora of flora and fauna to set the scene.
