What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a compassionate therapist who has a down to earth approach. I meet my clients where they are at and assist them in empowering themselves. Therapy is about you and I tailor my approach to each specific client. I utilize approaches from EMDR, CBT, ACT , DBT and Person Centered.
