Hello, I'm Emily. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices and is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for growth and healing. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My areas of specialization include ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, autism spectrum support, children's mental/behavioral health, life transitions, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, and stress.
