I never assume and often check in with clients to confirm my understanding—this is important for kids, teens, and adults alike. I am easy to speak with; you’ll find I do not judge ("that’s not right" or "that’s so silly to think that way"), and I use more questions than statements to help clients engage in introspection. I am also humble enough to share that I am aware of my own imperfections in the roles I have in this life. Like everyone, I have experienced life’s ups and downs, and I acknowledge that it has taken me time to embrace my own “awesome messiness.” That is important for me to share because I understand the process—and I know that never are two situations the same. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support clients with empathy and professionalism.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
