What is your typical process for working with clients?
We'll start by getting to know one another and understanding what's been difficult, what you'd like help with, and what you hope will change. From there, I'll tailor our work to your needs using conversation, CBT, mindfulness, play-based techniques when appropriate, and practical coping strategies. As therapy progresses, we'll work on understanding emotions, building confidence, and developing skills you can use outside of our sessions.
