What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with a genuine interest in understanding people and building strong connections with others. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school and partial hospitalization settings showed me how important it is to create a space where people feel understood while also learning practical skills they can carry with them outside of therapy. This experience deepened my commitment to providing warm, individualized, and evidence-based care with openness, empathy, and an individualized perspective.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) ground my work, connecting with people facing a range of mental health challenges to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine, as creating a safe, welcoming space matters to me, one where you feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change in your life. That safety comes from a supportive, nonjudgmental environment paired with a style that's engaging and empowering, tailored to your unique needs.
